As part of its commitment to God-honoring integrity in every area of ministry, Calvary Road Ministries (CRM) aims to support holistic care for its President. This Policy details the responsibilities of the CRM Board of Directors and its President in this effort and provides a framework for collaboratively establishing a leader care plan to benefit the President’s well-being as a whole person—spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and relationally—and, by extension, the well-being of the entire CRM organization. The Board desires CRM, its Officers and Directors, and every CRM volunteer to flourish in their love for the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30).
The President will pursue a life that is above reproach in accordance with biblical expectations for Kingdom leaders (1 Tim. 3:1-7, Tit. 1:6-9) and take personal responsibility for investing in his or her relationship with Jesus daily. The President will attend to the points of care in the CRM Senior Leader Care Plan and the specific areas in his or her life requiring additional care as time progresses. The President also will maintain open communication regarding areas of need with the Senior Leader Care Committee, a new three-person CRM Standing Board Committee Chair.
The CRM Board of Directors will prioritize the holistic care of the President as CRM’s senior leader. As we co-labor together in this ministry, Board members will do whatever we can to support the arms of the President in doing the work of CRM just as Aaron and Hur held up the arms of Moses (Ex. 17:8-16).
Specifically, the CRM Board will:
The adoption, modification, and/or annual renewal of the Senior Leader Care Plan required by this Policy will be recorded at least annually in the CRM Board minutes. This documentation need not be detailed regarding interactions between the President and the designated Senior Leader Care Committee as such conversations are intended to be informal. The documentation will simply certify adoption, modification, and/or annual renewal of the Senior Leader Care Plan and demonstrate ongoing collaboration between the President and the Board in this area that is vital for CRM to flourish.
Approved and adopted by the CRM Board of Directors on April 23, 2026.
